Our horse boarding facility was established in 1966 by Monty Roberts who travels the world demonstrating the best in horsemanship. Our facility reflects the healthiest environment for you & your horse to thrive in. How We Got Started After 20+ years of working together on Monty Roberts' Tours and educational content, Debbie Roberts Loucks took the reins at Monty & Pat Roberts. In 2022 the California Horse Center was founded on Flag Is Up Farms, as a new direction focused on the health and training of horses in a state-of-the-art facility. Monty and Debbie re-imagined the healthiest way for horses to be boarded and maintained in top condition. Visitors are welcome to come see - and feel - the difference a well thought out equestrian environment can be.
