As of January 2020, I ceased operations in California. The Diesel regulations imposed from the California Air Resources board made it less than profitable to remain at current operational level. i.e the ROI was not adequate. I have moved the business to a consulting format and am working as a Project manager. I will still refer work to those I have worked with in the past.
