I came to the recruiting profession from industry, so I have clarity and understanding of the businesses, and roles I work to fill/source. I have access to a database of passive candidates as opposed to typical recruiters all using the same resume aggregators. How We Got Started I started my business based on the frustration I had as a hiring manager based of the mediocrity I saw and a desire to do better. If I do my job correctly I have the ability to change people's lives.
