Commencing with the first Earth Day, owner Mary set her course for contributing to sustainable development. She worked in international philanthropy and non-profit organizations with emphasis on ecological planning and grassroots education. Meanwhile she studied yoga and massage therapy. Blending the two she works with importers that uphold respect for people and land. With organic essential oils, and handmade crafts, candles, incense, jewelry, clothing and scarves the shop is filled with beauty and a delight for the senses. More creativity as an array of local artist is regularly featured including beach glass designs, copper and silver jewelry, beaded necklaces and earrings, handmade cards, photography and leather. Crystals, minerals and their healing properties are also a specialty of our retail store. With stones for Energy Balancing to enhancing meditation we carry medicine bags and crystal wands. For inspiration find books, tapes and knowledge and card decks. As an Indie-Bookseller there are titles from dozens of publishers and special orders are welcomed. Experience Tranquility as the shop, Aspire Gallery, and Healing center all provide we well rounded experience including yoga, Pilates and other mindful movement classes. Currently programs are steamed through Vimeo, Zoom and YouTube platforms. We carry props with special emphasis towards therapy and progressing one's practice.
