Kassandra, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 8 years of experience with dedication to assisting others on their personal journeys. She graduated with a Masters in MFT from Loma Linda University. She is deeply committed to providing empowerment and enlightenment to individuals who are facing challenges in their lives. Throughout her career, she has achieved success in addressing a wide spectrum of issues, including anxiety and depression. Her therapeutic approach is characterized by impartiality, a client-centered focus, and a collaborative mindset. Kassandra highly values diversity and its far-reaching effects, incorporating a blend of Gestalt and CBT therapy methods while placing a strong emphasis on self-compassion. Furthermore, Kassandra has received advanced training in areas such as Domestic Violence and Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT), focusing on domestic violence, abuse, and self-compassion. Ecotherapy is also offered to her patients, which is the idea that spending time in nature positively impacts your mental and physical health. Talia is a licensed, dual-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of healthcare experience who understands the importance of the mind-body connection and how this can influence overall health. She passionately encourages patients to prioritize their health and wellness both mentally and physically. Although Talia specializes in psychiatric (medication) treatment, she values integrative and complementary therapies and will offer these options alongside medications when needed or desired by the patient. Given her interest in integrative and functional medicine, Talia is listed as a provider through the Institute of Functional Medicine and is currently in the process of becoming fully certified as an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) to provide a fully comprehensive experience into root cause analysis for the patient. Talia is nationally board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and licensed to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in California. She is also an adjunct professor for the family nurse practitioner program at Samuel Merritt University.
