We support mental health professionals through high-quality clinical training and consultation, while also offering Intensive EMDR therapy for individuals seeking deeper, accelerated healing. In addition, we partner with companies and agencies to strengthen workplace culture, improve communication, and enhance leadership, productivity, and crisis response. How We Got Started Empower TCT Inc. is a woman-owned, BIPOC-led organization that began as a small private practice with a mission to provide high-quality, evidence-based care and training. Over time, we’ve grown into a group practice with a team of dedicated clinicians. What started with a focus on Motivational Interviewing (MI) and EMDR training has expanded to include Leadership development, advanced EMDR trainings, Parenting and Emotional Intelligence training, and EMDR Intensives. This growth reflects our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of individuals, professionals, and organizations while staying rooted in empowerment, inclusion, and excellence.
