Hi, I’m Gina Cinardo, photographer, visual storyteller, and brand imaging strategist. I work with ambitious individuals and businesses who are ready to be seen differently. My approach blends strategy, storytelling, and presence, ensuring that every image aligns with who my clients truly are and where they’re going next. With over 25 years of experience in photography and a strong background in design and marketing, I understand how powerful the first impression is. My work goes beyond “pretty photos.” It’s about creating imagery that builds credibility, connection, and confidence. Whether I’m creating personal brand photography, commercial/editorial imagery, or professional headshots, my goal is the same: to help my clients feel fully embodied, confident, and aligned in how they show up visually. How We Got Started I grew up surrounded by art and photography. My mother was a painter, and my father was a photographer. Some of my earliest memories are of elaborate photo sessions (costumes, sets, and storytelling) where my brother and I became part of the scenes my mother would later paint. Those moments shaped my love for visual storytelling. I earned my degree in Fine Art Photography over 30 years ago and went on to work as both a photographer and designer. That combination gave me a deep understanding of imagery, branding, and marketing, and how visuals influence perception and emotion. In 2010, I moved to California’s Central Coast and opened my own photography business. What keeps me inspired is still the same thing it’s always been: watching someone see themselves differently for the first time.
